Yes. At the last burning step, make sure no disc in the burning device, and click the "Start" button. Click "Yes" when confirm dialog appears, which lets you convert video to DVD without burning - just make DVD video files (.IFO, .VOB).

When the conversion completes, you will see the VIDEO_TS folder's path in the log window. The VIDEO_TS folder contains all the DVD files (.IFO, .VOB) FREE DVD Creator builds.

You can burn the DVD files at any time, it's very easy to do - click the "Burn Video DVD" button when the program starts, and select the VIDEO_TS folder to continue.
